Sugar-free Buckwheat & Oat granola?
This amazingly tasty and healthy homemade granola will make you smile in the morning. And it only takes 5-10min to prepare.
Our HOMEMADE GRANOLA will blow your mind away.
Its super tasty, super healthy and super energizing. I discovered the recipe on my search for the perfect homemade granola or how my little niece calls it "crunchies". You literarily won't be able to stop eating it and suddenly a whole jar is empty - oops. Its so yummy, that I need to hide it from my brother, otherwise there won't be anything left for my breakfast the next morning.
Its super simple to make. It only takes 5-10 min to prepare and another 25min in the oven. You can mix up the ingredients with whatever you feel like. There is zero added sugar in there and its gluten-free.
1 Spoon Almond butter
1 Spoon Coconut butter
1 cup water
1 cup gluten-free oats
1 cup buckwheat seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup shredded almonds
1/2 cup popped Quinoa
1/2 cup Quinoa flakes
1/4 cup Chokolate nips
1/2 TS Cinnamon
1/4 TS Vanilla

First place the dates and the almond butter, together with 1 cup of water in a food processor. Process until dates are all mashed up. Put cinnamon and vanilla in the mixture and mix for another 5 sec.
Put all the other ingredients in a bowl and mix them up.
Now pour the almond-date "soup" onto the dry ingredients and mix well so all the dry ingredients stick together. If its still to liquidish just add some more of any dry ingredient.
Place everything onto a baking plate with baking paper and put it into the oven for 25min at 160°C. Its ready when it looks golden brown. Cool down the "Crunchies" before eating. You will looooove it - promised!!
